Cabo Frio City Hall acts against cabofriense citizen, especially Education

The city hall, managers and Cabo Frio councilors deny wages and benefits the city.
The full non-gazetted employees salary and without vouchers, and contractors without pay, especially of Education. Not to mention the Health and other important sectors of the city.
The excuse of the mayor is the crisis.
Last Thursday held a ceremony at Tamoios Sports Club, celebrating the birthday of the city, with managers and other "Glory mates."
The SEPE and education professionals have held protests and no salary so far.
